Winter Slowdown Notice: Dec 15 - Jan 2

The holiday season has been full-throttle since October, and I’m grateful for every order and every player who’s brought Iron Age along for the ride. To keep the work sharp and burnout at bay, I’m planning an intentional winter slowdown from December 15, 2025 through January 2, 2026.

This is not a full shutdown. The shop will remain open and you can still place orders as usual, but bench time will be limited and fulfillment will be slower than normal. If I find time to get back on the bench during this window, I’ll ship orders here and there—but the pace will be intentionally reduced.

Christmas Cutoff & Holiday Shipping (USPS, US Only)

For those in the U.S. hoping to receive an order by Christmas via USPS, December 15 is the practical cutoff. USPS has a as additional buffer in their holiday timeline, but this is my buffer to fulfill your orders properly and get them out the door.

• Orders placed after December 15 are unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas.

Winter Bench Pace, Restocks, & the 2026 Annual Pick

This slowdown is some earned quiet. I’m taking time to be with family, rest and reset, refill inventory, test some new materials I’ve been experimenting with, and close out a few loose ends that always pile up during peak season.

I’ll also be focused on restocking core favorites like Imperial Picks (and exploring longer-term material solutions), along with Picks of Destiny (V1), Crystal Spearheads, Ebony Spearheads, and other staples that tend to run lean after a busy run.

This window is also where I’ll begin shaping the 2026 Iron Age annual limited edition pick, featuring the now-famous Kaotic Artworks resin material. I’m planning to document more of the process this year—at least photos, and maybe a few short videos if time allows—plus a write-up once the work is underway.
