General Information

All shipments are personally packaged and sent through the US Postal Service (USPS). Please allow up to 5 additional days for handcrafted items. If you need an order sent out ASAP, please contact us.

Note: Worldwide Shipping has resumed, and we can ship our products to Asia, Europe, and The Americas.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

Standard US Shipping - $5

  • Available on all orders under $30
  • Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage from San Antonio, TX
  • Transit time: 3-5 business days (excluding national holidays)

 

Free US Shipping

  • Provided on all U.S. domestic orders over $30
  • Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage from San Antonio, TX
  • Transit time: 3-5 business days (excluding national holidays)

 

Priority US Shipping - $10

  • Available for a flat rate via USPS
  • Transit time: 2-4 business days (depending on location and once received by the post office)
  • Sundays & national holidays excluded

 

International Shipping

 

Standard International Shipping - $20

  • Sent via USPS First Class International as a "Package/Parcel"
  • Available for any size order to eligible countries
  • Delivery time: 2-6 weeks (depending on distance, country postage procedures, & customs)
  • Please allow up to 40 days for package arrival
  • We can file a lost claim only after 40 days have passed

 

Free International Shipping

  • Provided on orders of $65 or more
  • Shipped via USPS 1st Class International
  • Tracking provided through USPS Delcon

 

DHL Worldwide Express

  • Costs vary by location (calculated at checkout)
  • Full door-to-door tracking included
  • Delivery time: As little as 3-5 days depending on location

Military Shipping (APO/FPO/DPO)

We ship to all APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. When placing your order:

  • Select your Country as USA
  • Choose your state as AA, AE, or AP
  • Input APO, FPO, or DPO as your city

Transit time: Usually 6-12 business days (subject to military inspections and other factors)

Note: The 4-digit ZIP code extension is required for all military addresses.

 

Tracking Information

  • To track your package or view order invoices, log into your account if created during checkout
  • Full door-to-door tracking only available for Australia, Canada, Germany, and Great Britain (UK)
  • For other countries, online tracking is only available while the package is in the US
  • The last stop before leaving the US is always Chicago, IL

International Tracking Tips:

  • We recommend using 17Track (www.17track.net) for tracking international packages. This service is particularly useful for packages transferred between different countries.
  • If you're outside the US, try tracking your package using your own country's postal service website. Often, local postal services have more detailed information once the package enters their system.


Remember, international shipping can involve multiple carriers and customs processes, which may cause temporary gaps in tracking information. Please be patient, as updates may take time to appear in the system.

 

Package Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you can't find it:

  • Check with your local post office immediately.
  • For international shipments, the local post office may hold the package if they were unable to deliver it on the first attempt.
  • They might attempt a re-delivery the following day.
  • You can often pick up the package at the local post office.
  • To collect your package, you'll need:
    • An identification card
    • The tracking number

Important Notes:

  • Post offices typically hold parcels for 7-10 days before returning them to the sender.
  • If you're expecting an international package, be proactive and contact your local post office if you don't receive it on the expected delivery date.
  • Different countries have varying policies, so it's best to check with your specific local postal service for their exact procedures.

We recommend contacting your local post office promptly if you encounter any delivery issues. They will have the most up-to-date information about your package's status and location.

 

Important Notes

  • Packages to Europe usually arrive within the first 15 days but can take up to 6 weeks
  • We have no control or influence over international customs or foreign postage procedures
  • For international shipments, packages are sent as "Package/Parcel" and not as stamped envelopes or "Flat" due to USPS regulations
  • Tracking for military addresses is limited after the package leaves the United States

 

Processing Time

Our processing times vary depending on the type of product and our current workload:

  • Killswitches: Typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Guitar Picks and Knobs: May take up to 5 business days to process.


The longer processing time for guitar picks and knobs is due to their handcrafted nature. Each piece is individually made and carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. During busy periods or when we have a high volume of custom orders, processing may take the full 5 business days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
  • Custom or special orders may require additional processing time.
  • If you need your order expedited, please contact us directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
