All shipments are personally packaged & sent through the US Postal Service (USPS).

Free Shipping - Provided on ALL U.S. domestic orders, sent through USPS 1st Class. Online tracking is e-mailed to you once your package is being prepared to ship out. Delivery time is (3-5) days depending on your location (Shipping out of San Antonio TX).

Free International - Provided on orders of $65 or more through USPS 1st Class International. Tracking provided through USPS Delcon.

Priority Shipping (Domestic) - $10
is available for a flat rate.
Delivery time is a guaranteed (1-3) business days once the package reaches the post office.
Please note that this might exclude Sundays & some national holidays.
Online tracking is also e-mailed to you once your package is ready to be shipped.

International Shipping - $16
These packages are sent by USPS First Class International as a "Package/Parcel" and not a stamped envelope or "Flat". "Stamped" labels are only authorized for nondutiable documents (no merchandise) according to the USPS as per the change enacted in 2018.  >Read all about it here<

This shipping fee is for any size order & for any country listed below.
Delivery time varies from (2-6) weeks depending on distance, country postage procedures, & customs.

Please allow up to 40 days for your package to arrive. We can file a lost claim only after 40 days have past.

As per the U.S. Postal Service, only the following counties offer Full door-to-door tracking via Delcon:

• Australia
• Canada
• Germany
• Great Britain (UK)

Online tracking is only available while the package is still in the US for those countries not on the list above. The last stop before leaving the US is always Chicago IL.

**Although packages to Europe usually arrive within the first 15 days,
they can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
We have zero control or influence over international customs or foreign postage procedures.
Please be patient.

DHL Worldwide Express (Cost varies by location)

DHL Express fees are based on destination & are calculated at the checkout. Yes they are high, and no we do not set these. DHL is a premium delivery service with a track record of being reliable & expedient, and you can expect delivery in as little as 3 days depending on location (full door-to-door tracking is included).

Package Marked As "Delivered" But Nowhere To Be Found?
In some cases where international shipping is available, the local post office will hold the package if they're unable to deliver it that day. They might attempt a re-delivery the following day, but it's likely that the package can also be picked up at the local post office too. Typically they will hold the parcel for 7-10 days before returning it to the sender & all you'll need to pick it up is an identification card, and the tracking number. (Please contact your local post office)


PO / APO Military Installation Shipping

As former members of the U.S. armed forces,
we're truly honored to support & give back to the members of our nation’s active-duty military.

We do ship to all APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
When placing your order:

Select your Country as USA
Your state as AA, AE, or AP
Input APO, FPO, or DPO as your city.

Due to heightened security,
tracking information is limited and we are unable to track them after they leave the United States.
However, most military packages usually arrive within 6-12 business days.
This is dependent on location & external factors such as military inspections so some orders may experience additional delays.

When shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address,
please use the following format when completing your shipping address:
