Q: Can I order just 1 or 2 custom picks?
A: Sorry we require a minimum order of 12 picks per custom order.
For personalized engravings on just one or two picks, please see our >Pick Engraving Service<
Q: Can I split my 12 picks into different materials, like x6 faux ivory & x6 acrylic?
A: No, all 12 picks have to be cut from the same material selected per order.
Q: Can I divide my 12 picks into various shapes?
A: Yes, if you want to split the picks into various shapes like x6 Standard & x6 Jazz picks, we can do that.
Just let us know when we reach out to you after sending in your order form.
Q: Can I re-sell my custom picks as merchandise?
A: Yes we recommend selling them at twice the cost since you are purchasing them at 50% off our retail prices.
Q: How long does it take to complete a custom pick order?
A: Orders are typically completed within 5-10 business days once we've agreed on your specifications & payment is received.
Q: Are there refunds on custom orders?
A: Yes & No. We can refund the order only before we begin the work.
If we already contacted you & we both agreed on the specifications, then we will no longer accept a refund. By this point we would have already begun to plan, design, & cut materials for the project.
If you change your mind about the order, please let us know as soon as possible.
